Legal Specialist

Job description:

1. Conducting legal analysis and researching legal matters.

2. Providing advice on legal matters.

3. Drafting legal opinions, memoranda, and briefing documents.

4. Reviewing legal material

5. Formulating formalities regarding settlements of disputes.

6. Monitoring the implementation of the legal clauses

7. Reviewing legal cases before filing from law firm.

8. Solving disputes through friendly settlement.

9. Assisting external lawyers in drafting memorandum and defence

10. Meetings with court experts.

11. Representing the company and its employees in front of the court / police station / ministries and other governmental entity.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Experience : Minimum 5 years
  

• Languages : Bilingual “ fluent in both Arabic and English “
  

• Background : Qatar jurisdiction / real estate and construction dispute resolution.
