Overview
One of our clients are looking for Corporate Manager who is responsible for developing and growing the corporate (B2B) business segment by leading corporate sales, building long-term strategic partnerships, and managing contracts with government and private sector entities. The role aims to drive sustainable revenue growth and create stable income streams beyond traditional retail branches.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop the corporate (B2B) sales segment to achieve consistent revenue growth.

Build and maintain strong relationships with large corporations, banks, and government entities.

Manage, negotiate, and close high-value corporate contracts and deals.

Develop customized corporate packages, including corporate gifting, events, and seasonal offers.

Coordinate closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure professional execution and high service standards.

Oversee product development relevant to corporate clients and manage orders from initiation to final delivery.

Analyze sales performance and prepare clear quarterly and annual growth plans.

Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the corporate sales team, setting clear targets and sector-based plans for each member.

Leverage personal client relationships and an existing client database to generate direct business and significant sales volume.

Identify and open new sales channels, including annual contracts and long-term strategic partnerships.
Qualifications & Experience

Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in corporate sales or business development (B2B).

Previous experience working with agencies or managing projects in collaboration with external agencies.

Proven experience in developing corporate packages and commercial offers.

Must possess an existing client database and direct relationships with target corporate clients.

Strong network and market presence.

Solid experience in negotiation and closing large-scale deals.

Experience in retail or F&B sectors is a strong advantage.

Prior experience in chocolate, gifting, or premium products is highly preferred.

Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
