Job Overview:
The Corporate Communication & Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance the company's brand presence and drive business growth. This includes overseeing marketing campaigns for the company’s properties in the logistics, industrial and social infrastructure sectors. The role will require a strategic, hands-on approach to managing campaigns, digital platforms, and and vendor relationships. It will also involve budget management, performance analysis, and ensuring consistent communication across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Branding:
Develop and execute MLS’s marketing strategy, promoting key activities such as third-party development and built to suit solutions, and and ensuring alignment with the company’s core real estate sectorial focus.
oversee the company’s brand launch and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms, including digital, print, and external communications.
Position Masic Logistics as a leading provider of customized logistics and real estate solutions, focusing on workforce accommodations, ready-made factories, and logistics facilities.
Campaign & Digital Management:
Independently manage marketing campaigns, focusing on increasing visibility for current and upcoming real estate developments.
Oversee and manage the company’s digital platforms, including social media, website and digital campaigns, ensuring they align with business objectives and generate leads.
Implement innovative marketing strategies using digital tools to drive brand engagement and customer acquisition.
Budget & Financial Oversight: Develop, manage, and monitor the marketing budget, ensuring alignment with business goals and providing regular forecasts and updates on expenditures.
Review and ensure cost-effectiveness across all marketing activities.
Communication & Events:
Manage the company’s external communications and ensure clear, consistent messaging with stakeholders, media, and the public.
Oversee the company’s presence at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, driving brand recognition and developing relationships with key stakeholders.
Vendor & Contract Management:
Handle all vendor relations, negotiate contracts, and manage third-party service providers for marketing activities, ensuring high-quality results and cost efficiency. Review designs, marketing materials, and other content while maintaining a high standard of creativity and alignment with the brand.
Performance & Feedback Management:
Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using performance metrics, including customer feedback and digital analytics to adjust strategies and improve results.
Regularly report on marketing activities, providing insights on ROI and opportunities for improvement.
CSR & Proposals:
Evaluate and manage Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR) opportunities that align with the company’s business objectives.
Handle the preparation of RFPs and manage technical and commercial evaluations of proposals from potential partners.
