**Key Qualifications:**

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design and 6-8 years of workplace design experience.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling and visualization; working knowledge of Revit required.
• Strong understanding of design concepts, finishes, and furniture applications.
• Superior oral and written communication skills with excellent presentation abilities.
• Familiarity with building and accessibility codes is a plus.
• Experience in programming, space planning, and documentation.
• Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) for compelling presentations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and resource efficiency.
• NCIDQ Certification or pursuing certification; LEED and/or WELL accreditation is preferred.
