Job Description – Lead Generation Specialist/ Corporate Sales

Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist/ Corporate Sales

Location: Remote

Experience Required: 2–4 years (B2B Lead Generation / Inside Sales / Market Research)

Key Responsibilities

Conduct telecalling research and outreach to decision-makers (CXOs, Compliance Heads, Risk Managers).

Generate, qualify, and nurture sales-ready leads for Rubix’s credit risk and compliance products.

Research companies using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, and other databases.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of B2B prospects through calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.

Schedule discovery calls and demos for the sales team.

Collaborate with sales and marketing to optimize campaigns and messaging.

Maintain accurate records in CRM and deliver weekly/monthly reports on leads, conversion, and pipeline growth.

Required Skills

2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation / inside sales / telecalling research.

Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written).

Proficiency with CRM tools (Zoho/HubSpot/Salesforce) and data platforms.

Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Clearbit, or similar lead databases.

Strong research, data validation, and prospecting abilities.

Ability to meet or exceed weekly/monthly lead generation targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
