Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop an integrated methodology for institutional performance management aimed at effectively measuring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Contribute to aligning operational objectives and KPIs of organizational units with the overall strategy
• Collect KPI data and ensure ongoing monitoring of performance against defined targets, with continuous supervision of data accuracy and quality.
• Analyze and evaluate institutional performance based on KPI results, identifying opportunities for improvement—particularly for underperforming indicators or those significantly exceeding targets.
• Prepare and submit periodic performance reports to relevant stakeholders, including analysis and improvement recommendations.
• Support the implementation of the institutional strategy by regularly analyzing strategic performance and monitoring progress towards strategic goals.
