Corporate Performance Expert

The company aims to build an advanced network of airports that supports tourism and enhances services quality and operational efficiency to achieve the Saudi Vision 2030 by developing airports and enhancing the investment opportunities.


Responsibilities:

  • Work with different teams to identify indicators that reflect strategic performance, such as revenue, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure that the indicators are measurable and provide accurate insights into performance.
  • Conduct periodic reviews to ensure the relevance of indicators to changes in objectives or the economic environment.
  • Develop mechanisms for collecting data from all departments, including HR, finance, and operations.
  • Use statistical analysis techniques to understand current performance and identify gaps between actual and target performance.
  • Prepare periodic reports to present results to management and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Prepare detailed reports including analysis of financial and operational performance, along with visual representations such as charts and graphs.
  • Analyze short- and long-term trends, including assessment of internal and external factors affecting performance.
  • Include actionable recommendations to improve performance based on extracted data.
  • Use tools such as time series analysis to understand how performance evolves over time.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to understand potential impacts of changes in the market or government policies.
  • Develop predictive models to estimate future performance and provide proactive recommendations to management.
  • Conduct periodic evaluations of individual and team performance using various methods such as 360-degree performance evaluation.
  • Analyze evaluation results to identify areas that need improvement or enhancement.
  • Work with teams to develop strategies to improve performance, such as reducing costs, improving operational efficiency, or enhancing customer service.
  • Follow up on the implementation of strategies and evaluate their impact on performance.
  • Update plans based on feedback and new results to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with all stakeholders to ensure smooth flow of information.
  • Organize periodic meetings to discuss performance, challenges, and propose new ideas.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations by providing regular updates on performance and developments.
  • Review current processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
  • Study and apply best practices from similar industries to improve performance.
  • Develop new procedures that support the achievement of strategic objectives.
  • Establish an effective system for managing performance-related documentation to ensure organization and ease of access.
  • Ensure documentation is regularly updated to remain accurate and reliable.
  • Document all processes and recommendations to ensure transparency and accountability.


Qualifications and Experience:

Academic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analysis, or a related field.

Work Experience:

4–6 years of experience in the same field.

Language Requirements:

Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
