Corporate Performance Management and Reporting Specialist

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Job Purpose:

Developing financial KPIs, performing financial and budget control, and unifying financial reporting.


Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure work is performed based on approved policies, processes, procedures and instructions.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account leading practices, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
  • Escalate problems to ensure case/issue is closed efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure validating the overall budget requirements are aligned with finance regulations.
  • Ensure detailed budget allocations are justifiable in order to allow timely adjustment of cost structure for disbursement purposes.
  • Monitor budget to ensure targeted and effective use of budget resources and avoid any budget deficit and overruns.
  • Ensure performing variance analysis to pinpoint discrepancies between forecasted and actual cost.
  • Collaborate with Directorates to ensure all major discrepancies between budget estimates and the actual budget are clarified.
  • Develop and maintain clear control system throughout the layers and include tools (budgeting software and analytical programs) to support effective financial management.
  • Ensure Tracking and assessing financial key performance indicators (KPIs) against targets, analyze variances and provide corrective recommendations.
  • Develop reporting framework and tools to unify financial reporting and ease decision-making and support in implementation.
  • Ensure reviewing and analyzing standard reports to identify variances and escalate issues, if any.
  • Generate and validate routine reports using financial reporting systems as requisite ensuring that all data is collected and accurately recovered to support operational and strategic decisions.
  • Coordinate with Directorates to verify data for accuracy of accounting reports and other reconciliation procedures.
  • Conduct detailed reviews of financial activities to verify adherence to existing accountancy standards.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for reports regarding operations, activities, and achievements for reporting and decision-making.


Job Qualifications and Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or in any related field.
  • 4 to 6 years of relevant experience.
