Job Introduction

The Corporate Performance Manager is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive performance management framework that enhances organizational effectiveness and ensures consistent achievement of strategic objectives. This role supports executive leadership by delivering accurate performance insights, strengthening the performance culture across the organization, and ensuring alignment between strategic goals and actual business outcomes. The manager also oversees the tracking of strategic initiatives and drives continuous improvement to elevate overall corporate performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the corporate performance management framework, including the design of KPI dashboards and balanced scorecards.
  • Cascade strategic objectives into department and individual KPIs in alignment with annual business plans.
  • Collect, validate, and analyze performance data from all business units (Commercial, Delivery, HR, etc.).
  • Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reviews; identify gaps and recommend improvement actions.
  • Prepare and present performance reports for executive leadership.
  • Support Strategy VP in tracking strategy execution and project portfolio performance.
  • Facilitate ongoing improvement through benchmarking, lessons learned, and best practice sharing.
  • Ensure alignment of performance management with reward, recognition, and development processes.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, MIS, or a related field.
  • Preferred certifications:
  • KPI Professional
  • Balanced Scorecard
  • OKR Certification
  • Performance Management–related training

Experience

  • 7–10 years of experience in performance management, strategy.
  • Proven hands-on experience in KPI development, data analysis, and performance reporting.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong capabilities in designing KPIs and performance measurement frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and advanced Excel, or similar data visualization tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data.
  • Strong reporting and executive presentation skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and lead performance review meetings.
  • Knowledge of strategic planning methodologies such as Balanced Scorecard and OKRs.
  • High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and effective time management.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across various teams.
