Description
- As a Corporate Photographer & Videographer, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality photos and videos of employees, teams, facilities, and company events for use in internal newsletters, intranet sites, leadership communications, and other internal platforms.
- Document key milestones, conferences, and initiatives that showcase company achievements and employee engagement.
- Produce short videos featuring team members, leadership messages, and internal campaigns or training programs.
- You will need to plan, prepare, and execute photoshoots according to the specific project requirements. Utilizing industry-standard software like Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom and Premier Pro you will be expected to edit, retouch, and enhance images and videos to deliver a polished final product within the given schedule.
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance engagement and strengthen the visual impact of internal campaigns.
- Your role will also involve collaborating closely with diverse teams across the organisation. Managing photography equipment, lighting, and props effectively will be essential to produce high-quality output.
- Additionally, you will be required to maintain an organized library of images, videos, templates and all creative assets, and be able to retrieve these as and when required.
- It will be crucial for you to stay updated with the latest photography and Videographer trends, techniques, and technologies to enhance your skills continuously. Furthermore, you must ensure the proper use of rights, permissions, and copyrights for all images to maintain ethical standards in your work.
Qualifications
- Proven experience of 3-5 years in corporate or editorial photography and videography
- Strong portfolio showcasing people-focused and event photography.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom and Premier Pro
- Good communication and collaboration abilities
- Professionalism, Timeliness and adherence to company decorum and discipline
- Analytical skills, Time-management skills, Communication skills, Creativity, Flexibility
- Knowledge of photography / Videographer equipment, lighting techniques, and props
- Graduation/Diploma in design or visual arts, or any relevant field.
