POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Corporate Planning Specialist will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives to drive the organization's growth in PV modules and systems. This position reports to the Director of ES Planning or another member of senior management that the President of the Company may designate. This position will be on-site in San Francisco, CA.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and monitor strategic initiatives and corporate goals.

Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on market trends, industry best practices, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights for decision-making.

Prepare and present detailed reports to senior management, outlining strategic recommendations and action plans.

Assist in the development and refinement of the company's short-term and long-term strategic plans.

Work closely with finance teams to analyze budgetary requirements and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Evaluate and improve existing processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Support mergers and acquisitions by conducting due diligence, financial modeling, and risk analysis.

Stay abreast of economic, regulatory, and industry changes to identify potential impacts on the business.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate planning, strategic analysis, or related roles.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis tools.

Ability to collaborate effectively in a team and work independently when necessary.

Demonstrated strategic thinking and the ability to contribute to the development of organizational goals.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Relevant certification (e.g., CFA).

Experience with mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, financial modeling, and risk analysis.

Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools.

Demonstrated success in contributing to the development of organizational goals.

The salary range is required by the California Pay Transparency Act and may differ depending on the location of those candidates hired nationwide. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to, skill set, education, licenses and certifications, essential job duties and requirements, and the necessary experience relative to the job’s minimum qualifications.
