  • Identify and target corporate clients for commercial units.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with companies, institutions, and business owners.
  • Present available commercial properties to corporate clients and conduct site tours when needed.
  • Handle end-to-end corporate sales cycle including proposals, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations tailored to each corporate client.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure accurate and updated project data.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and pricing of commercial properties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial real estate or B2B corporate sales.
  • Strong network with companies, institutions, clinics, labs, and corporate clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
  • Good command of English and proficiency in MS Office.
