The Corporate Receptionist serves as a key representative of our brand, ensuring all interactions reflect our high standards of hospitality, professionalism, and service. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment and providing exceptional support to visitors, team members, and vendors. Reporting to the supervisor of Office Services, this position is based in Calabasas Hills, CA, supporting a corporate office that oversees more than 350 full-service restaurants and 47,900 staff members.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide general information and assistance to visitors, employees, and vendors.
  • Manage the reception area, including visitor sign-in, security badges, and compliance with entry procedures.
  • Oversee Workplace Experience amenities such as car washes and dry cleaning coordination.
  • Support Office Services initiatives and assist with administrative projects as needed.
  • Provide invoicing support including UPS billing, credit card coding, and receipt tracking.
  • Assist with company events in partnership with Office Services.
  • Perform administrative tasks including document preparation, data entry, and supply ordering.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role.
  • Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) is a must.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with multi-line phone systems and basic office software.
  • A strong customer service orientation.
  • High energy, a positive attitude, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • High school diploma OR Equivalent.
