Responsibilities
- Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system
- Document messages accurately and professionally
- Greet and assist visitors, applicants, and vendors
- Assist with employment applications and HR support tasks
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain accurate employee and visitor logs
- Provide general clerical and administrative support
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional demeanor, appearance, and attire
- Experience with multi-line phone systems, fax, scanner, and copier
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to draft clear, professional reports
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Dependable, punctual, and respectful work ethic
- Positive attitude and team‑oriented mindset
- Bilingual English/Spanish (required)
