- Position: Corporate Recruiter
- Location: Andheri, West

- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for sales roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Handle bulk hiring drives and meet high monthly/quarterly hiring targets.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified sales candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and field sourcing.
- Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment strategies.
- Manage scheduling, follow-ups, offer rollouts, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment tracking sheets and provide regular hiring reports.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as a recruiter, with strong exposure to bulk or mass hiring, especially for sales roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive hiring targets.
- Good knowledge of sourcing platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
