Corporate Recruiter

Evolution Safety Resources is a leading national Workplace Safety Consulting and Staffing firm based in Raleigh, NC. ESR partners with construction and industrial clients across the country to deliver high-performing safety professionals who protect people, projects, and profitability.

Were looking for a Corporate Recruiter who thrives on structure, speed, and results. This person will own the talent management pipeline for the entire business - sourcing, screening, and placing top safety talent in fast-paced, time-sensitive assignments. If you bring urgency, organization, and a relentless passion for the protection of corporate culture to the table, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for safety professionals in construction environments, utilizing field-based communication strategies (calls and text messaging) to gather information quickly and funnel candidates decisively.

  • Respond quickly to 23 new staffing requests daily, often with immediate start dates, keeping a level head and an organizational approach for sourcing multiple roles simultaneously.

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring and high-priority roles. Lean heavily upon pre-work and organization of a talent pipeline which can be sorted, categorized, and mass messaged for fast placement.

  • Conduct phone screens to evaluate candidate experience, technical skills, and cultural fit for each assignment.

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with candidates to support retention, redeployment, and long-term engagement.

  • Collaborate closely with operations and account managers to understand client needs and anticipate upcoming staffing requirements.

  • Attention to Detail: You document your efforts diligently and work within Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) parameters - ensuring data is clean, accurate, and complete.

  • Ownership Mindset: You treat the recruitment pipeline like your businessdriving outcomes, anticipating needs, and taking responsibility from start to finish.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience, with a preference for staffing agency or high-volume recruiting backgrounds.

  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and execute quickly in a fast-paced, changing environment.

  • Demonstrated success in filling urgent or same-week roles.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
