Senior HR Executive – Recruitment & Operations

Role Summary:

Experienced HR professional with 10+ years of expertise in large-scale recruitment, recruitment operations, and team leadership. Proven track record in managing high-volume hiring, driving operational efficiency, and leading recruitment teams to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment (bulk, lateral & leadership hiring).
  • Manage recruitment operations, SLAs, and process optimization.
  • Handle and mentor recruitment team; set KPIs and monitor performance.
  • Drive workforce planning with senior stakeholders.
  • Oversee vendor management, offer negotiations, and onboarding.

Required Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management experience.
  • Expertise in high-volume and strategic hiring.
  • Operational excellence and stakeholder management.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
