Recruitment Consultant

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Attracting new client businesses through sales, networking, and cold calling.
  • Client Relationship Management: Meeting with clients to understand their needs, company culture, and defining job requirements.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Advertising job openings on various platforms, using social media, and headhunting potential candidates.
  • Screening and Selection: Reviewing resumes, interviewing applicants, conducting, or arranging tests, and conducting reference checks.
  • Shortlisting and Placement: Creating candidate shortlists, presenting them to clients, organizing interviews, and facilitating the job offer process.
  • Advisory Role: Providing market intelligence, salary negotiation guidance, and career advice to both clients and candidates.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Sales and Negotiation: Strong ability to negotiate contracts and salaries.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
  • Organization: Ability to manage multiple vacancies, databases, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of recruitment processes, relevant industries, and employment legislation.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales, recruitment, or customer-facing roles.

Performance Indicators
Success is often measured by meeting targets, such as the number of roles filled, speed of placement, and revenue generated.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED8,000.00 per month
