PRO/HR

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented PRO / HR to manage government relations, employee documentation, and HR administrative functions. The role involves handling visa processing, labor and immigration procedures, employee onboarding, and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process employment visas, residence visas, Emirates ID, labor cards, and medical applications.
  • Handle visa renewals, cancellations, status changes, and related documentation.
  • Liaise with government authorities including MOHRE, Immigration, Labor Office, and other UAE departments.
  • Ensure company licenses, permits, and official documents are valid and renewed on time.
  • Track and manage fines, approvals, and official submissions through online government portals.
  • Maintain proper records of employee legal documents and company files.
  • Support recruitment process (screening, interview coordination, offer letters).
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee files, attendance, leave records, and HR database.
  • Prepare HR letters (NOCs, salary certificates, warning letters, experience letters, etc.).
  • Assist in payroll coordination and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.
  • Handle employee queries and provide administrative HR support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years experience in PRO/HR role in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE visa and labor procedures.
  • Experience using government portals (MOHRE, ICA, GDRFA, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
