- Minimum 5 years of HR working experience in the UAE, especially managing the entire employee lifecycle - from strategic planning to daily administrative execution.

- Experienced in End-to-End Recruitment, HR Operations, Staff Performance Management, Training & Development and Payroll Management.

- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law.

- Pharma/Healthcare industry experience is an added advantage.

- Bachelor's degree in HR or Business, HR certification (CIPD/SHRM) is a plus.
