The Corporate Recruiter manages the full life cycle recruiting process while delivering outstanding service to hiring managers and a positive, inclusive candidate experience.
This role serves as a trusted Talent Advisor, partnering closely with business leaders and HR colleagues to meet evolving hiring needs. This role will primarily support Information Technology, along with other teams, balancing creativity with efficiency across complex searches. This position is based in Milwaukee, with an in‑office schedule Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
The Impact You’ll Make:
Full‑Cycle Recruiting & Hiring Delivery:

Manage full life cycle recruiting for multiple requisitions using Workday ATS, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding

Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop accurate, compelling job postings aligned to business needs

Evaluate candidate skills, experience, and culture contribution, presenting well‑qualified candidates and thoughtful recommendations
Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development:

Proactively source and engage active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday ATS, Beamery CRM, job boards, referrals, and professional networks

Apply creative and data‑informed sourcing strategies, particularly for IT and hard‑to‑fill roles

Build and maintain talent pipelines and candidate communities to support current and future hiring
Talent Advisory & Client Partnership:

Serve as a trusted Talent Advisor to assigned client groups, building strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers and HR partners

Provide consistent communication to stakeholders, including status updates and periodic recruiting reviews

Interpret recruiting data and market insights to guide decisions, improve outcomes, and tell the recruiting story

What You’ll Bring to Baird:

Minimum of three years of Human Resources experience with an emphasis on recruiting

Passion for Talent Acquisition with a proven record of delivering excellent service to hiring managers and candidates

Strong writing skills with the ability to create clear, engaging, and effective job postings

Effective interviewing and assessment skills, with confidence presenting candidate recommendations

Technical proficiency with applicant tracking systems, sourcing technologies, social media tools, and Microsoft Office, including MS Copilot
-
Solid understanding of internet and digital recruiting strategies, including LinkedIn and job boards
-
Experience coordinating interviews and managing complex scheduling and administrative tasks

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities

High sense of urgency, accountability, and commitment to delivering results
