What You’ll Do (Essential Duties)
Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire journey from sourcing and screening to extending offers and managing onboarding.
Innovative Sourcing: Execute creative strategies across social networks and job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, ADP) to maintain a warm candidate pipeline.
Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate directly with department heads to understand technical requirements and define success for every role.
Candidate Experience: Act as the face of the company, ensuring every candidate has a positive and professional experience that reflects our brand.
Compliance & Integrity: Maintain data integrity within ADP and ensure all hiring practices align with EEO/OFCCP guidelines.
Onboarding: Lead the new hire process, including initiating background checks, drug tests, and reference checks to ensure a smooth transition.
What You Bring (Requirements)
Experience: 4–6 years of corporate recruiting in a multi-location setting (Sales or Manufacturing experience is strongly preferred).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
Tech Savvy: Proficiency with ADP (or similar ATS), Google Workspace, and advanced sourcing tools like Boolean searches and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Skills: Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and retain top talent.
Physical Requirements & Environment
This is an in-person role based at our corporate office. The position requires sitting for extended periods, frequent computer use, and effective verbal communication over the phone and in person. Candidates must be able to interpret instructions in various forms (written, oral, diagram) and may occasionally lift up to 10 lbs.
