Corporate Recruiter

Andrew Morgan LLC (AM) is a fast-growing Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and HUBZone SB. We are currently seeking a qualified Corporate Recruiter to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in supporting full life-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate relationships. This role works closely with Practice Leads and Hiring Managers to help identify and hire top talent while contributing to a collaborative, team-oriented recruiting function.

  • Partner with Practice Leads and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and support recruitment strategies
  • Execute full life-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
  • Utilize various sourcing methods (including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals) to identify and attract technical talent
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess skills, experience, and alignment with role requirements and company culture
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
  • Gather and summarize interview feedback from hiring teams
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates to provide a positive and engaging experience throughout the process
  • Collaborate with recruiting team members and cross-functional partners to ensure alignment and efficiency
  • Track and manage candidate activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Provide regular updates on open roles and candidate pipelines to Hiring Managers and Practice Leads
  • Contribute to improving recruiting processes, workflows, and best practices
  • Support reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates
  • Assist with additional recruiting or business support activities as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in corporate recruiting or staffing, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with full life-cycle recruiting processes and best practices
  • Experience sourcing candidates using tools such as LinkedIn, Boolean search, job boards, and social media platforms
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and team members
  • Highly organized and process-oriented, with strong attention to detail
  • Energetic and proactive approach to managing multiple priorities
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (Greenhouse Preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

SALARY:

Salary is commensurate with both location and experience.

  • Responsiveness: Stay engaged, communicate promptly, and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
