to provide full-cycle recruiting to our electric utility client. This role is essential in identifying top-tier talent and guiding hiring managers through a sophisticated, diversity-focused recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
As a Corporate Recruiter, you will act as a talent consultant, ensuring a seamless experience for both hiring managers and candidates. Your duties will include:

Strategic Consultation:
Holding intake meetings with hiring managers to develop job postings and guide them through the process from posting to candidate acceptance.

Diversity & Inclusion:
Ensuring diversity is represented at all stages of the hiring process. Partnering with internal Employee Business Resource Groups (EBRGs) and community organizations to build diverse candidate slates.

Sourcing & Networking:
Executing creative sourcing strategies for passive candidates, leveraging niche groups, and building a robust network of industry professionals.

Process Management:
Utilizing the
SuccessFactors
Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage requisitions, screen resumes, and document selection decisions.

Full-Cycle Execution:
Conducting phone screens, developing salary recommendations in collaboration with Compensation, and extending/negotiating job offers.

Outreach:
Serving as a main point of contact for professional and community organizations and supporting college recruiting efforts at career fairs.
Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline (plus 3+ years of relevant experience).

In lieu of a degree, 4+ years of experience in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or HR is required.

Experience:
Full-cycle recruiting for exempt, professional-level positions is preferred.

Technical Skills:
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (SuccessFactors/Oracle/SAP preferred) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
