Are you passionate about finding and hiring great talent? We’re looking for a Corporate Recruitment Specialist to join the Human Capital team and play a key role in attracting, selecting, and onboarding top professionals for a leading organization in the UAE’s dynamic events and entertainment industry.


About the Role

In this role, you will support the full recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing and assessing candidates to managing offers and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. You’ll also work closely with hiring managers and external recruitment partners to ensure hiring needs are met efficiently and in line with company culture and compliance standards.


What You’ll Do

  • Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for corporate and events-related roles.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and recruitment agencies.
  • Conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks.
  • Manage employment contracts and ensure compliance with UAE labour laws.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure new hires integrate smoothly.
  • Promote diversity, inclusion, and alignment with company values in all recruitment activities.


What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar recruitment role.
  • Experience within the entertainment or events industry is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of UAE labour law and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
