Job Scope:
Responsible for driving Patchi’s corporate business growth, strengthening its public relations presence, and ensuring effective communication and coordination with government entities in Saudi Arabia. The role also supports the marketing function by leading local initiatives and aligning with Patchi Brand strategies, ensuring brand consistency and strong market positioning.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Corporate Sales & Business Development

Develop and execute new channels of corporate sales strategy tailored to the Saudi market.

Build and manage long-term relationships with new channels corporate clients, VIP accounts, and institutional partners.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporations, embassies, government entities, hotels and luxury event organizers.

Prepare tailored for new channels corporate sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.

Track sales pipeline, performance, and client retention to achieve assigned targets.
2. Public Relations & Events Management

Set and implement a PR strategy for the KSA market, featuring the right partners, events and influencers to maintain a consistent buzz around the brand.

Plan, organize, and oversee Patchi’s participation in high-profile events, exhibitions, and cultural gatherings across Saudi Arabia such as Red Sea Film Festival, Saudi Games, Winter Olympics, Al Ula, Umloj, JOY awards, Neom, Formula 1…

Manage end-to-end event execution, including budgeting, logistics, branding.

Ensure Patchi’s image is consistently elevated through strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and media visibility.

Act as the key liaison for PR agencies, media partners, and event organizers to maximize exposure and ROI.

Monitor competitor activity and emerging event opportunities to position Patchi strategically.
3. Government & Institutional Relations

Establish and maintain strong working relationships with relevant government authorities, ministries, and regulatory bodies.

Facilitates approvals, licenses, and permits required for new corporate channels, retail, and event-related activities.

Ensure full compliance with Saudi regulations related to business operations, events, and marketing campaigns.

Represent Patchi in official meetings.

Monitor changes in legislation, policies, or regulations that may impact Patchi’s business in Saudi Arabia.
4. Marketing & Communication Coordination

Provide local market insights, trends, and customer preferences in a timely manner to make sure the Brand is reactive and at the forefront of trends.

Recommend and align with Global on KSA MarCom strategy and plans in line with Global brand strategy

Develop and execute local marketing calendar in alignment with Global marketing team aiming to increase brand awareness and relevance.

Supervise the execution of a strong and effective social media calendar that drives brand awareness, recognition, and engagement across relevant social media platforms. Track & improve reach and engagement and share monthly social media reports.

Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and initiatives.
5. Leadership, Reporting & Coordination

Collaborate closely with internal teams (commercial, retail, operations) to ensure alignment and efficiency.

Prepare periodic reports (monthly/quarterly) on the new channels’ corporate sales performance, PR initiatives, event outcomes, and government relations.

Provide recommendations to management for new opportunities, partnerships, and improvements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Public relations, Customer Service, or any related field.

Minimum of 5 years of Marketing experience and PR in a related field.
