Meets the set targets on liabilities in terms of opening new accounts & driving salary upload for the existing customer
Maintains the database of the corporate prospects, assists region in acquisition of the corporates and services the relationships thereafter
Understands needs and Cross sells to customers who meet the criteria for different liability and TPP products as per the profile of the customer
Generates leads for asset products (PL, Hl, VL etc.) of Ujjivan and passes quality leads to respective team
Shares customer insights/product and process related feedback with the Corporate Salary Manager
Ensure a monthly salary credit percentage of 70% and above each month
Customers
Interacts with customers in a courteous and professional manner; provides prompt, efficient and accurate services
Plans and implements customer engagement drives and on-boards customer on Ujjivan digital channels for day-to-day transactions
Resolves the customer queries on salary account, FD / RD, remittances & TPP products
Assists customers on Ujjivan asset products and get in touch with concerned team in branch
Internal Processes
Guides the customer to fill the ‘Account Opening Form’; ensures receipt and verification of KYC documents; obtains customer signatures on all mandatory documents
Guides corporate in documentation for company code creation
Strictly adheres & maintains compliance to KYC norms
Learning & Performance
Maintains up to date knowledge of the Corporate Salary Product and other liabilities products along with working knowledge of other products offered in the branch
Ensures adherence to training man-days/ mandatory training programs for self
Ensures goal setting, mid-year review and performance appraisal processes are completed within specified timelines
