We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Corporate Sales Administrator to support our Corporate Sales Division. This role focuses on managing B2B client relationships, handling contracts and renewals, coordinating vendor agreements, and ensuring full compliance with UAE commercial regulations.

Position Overview

The Corporate Sales Administrator plays a key role in driving RSL’s corporate business operations through structured contract management, effective coordination, and administrative excellence. The ideal candidate is highly organized, bilingual (Arabic & English), and has a strong understanding of UAE corporate documentation, tenders, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Sales & Client Support

  • Support the sales team in identifying, targeting, and onboarding new corporate clients across hospitality, aviation, government, and event sectors.
  • Prepare professional proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
  • Manage client communications, ensuring timely responses and professional follow-ups.
  • Track client agreements, renewal schedules, and performance updates.

Contract Administration & Compliance

  • Draft, review, and maintain corporate and vendor contracts, NDAs, and service agreements.
  • Monitor contract expiry and renewal timelines, ensuring timely execution and documentation.
  • Maintain a centralized contract management system with all corporate and vendor records.
  • Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure compliance with UAE laws and RSL policies.

Vendor & Tender Management

  • Handle tender submissions, renewal of contracts, and bid-related documentation.
  • Manage vendor communication, pricing negotiations, and service-level follow-ups.
  • Support procurement-related administrative tasks and ensure all partner documentation is up-to-date.

Reporting & Administrative Governance

  • Prepare monthly reports on sales activities, contract renewals, and vendor performance.
  • Generate CRM and ERP-based dashboards to track key KPIs and operational metrics.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the Corporate Sales Manager and senior leadership.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in corporate sales administration, contract management, or tender coordination within the UAE.
  • Experience in transportation, hospitality, logistics, or facilities management preferred.
  • Proven track record in handling B2B contracts and renewals.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of UAE commercial and contract law.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • High level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM/ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, Salesforce), and document management tools.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
  • Valid UAE Driving License – mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
