Falcon-i (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager for Corporate Sales to support the growth and success of our corporate sales division. The ideal candidate will assist in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, focusing on identifying and engaging new corporate clients. This role demands strong client relationship management and sales skills, including proficiency in negotiation, lead generation, and corporate account management. While this position does not involve managing a team, it plays a crucial role in collaborating with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize sales efforts.

In this role, the Assistant Manager will be responsible for preparing sales proposals and presentations, supporting deal negotiations, and maintaining ongoing communication with current clients to foster strong business relationships. Utilizing customer relationship management software, the candidate will ensure that client data and interactions are well documented and followed up promptly. This position requires a minimum of three years of relevant experience in sales or corporate account management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and goal-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating and executing corporate sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Conduct market research and utilize lead generation techniques such as cold calling and networking to identify potential corporate clients.
  • Prepare compelling and customized sales proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Support the sales manager during client negotiations and help facilitate deal closures effectively.
  • Maintain consistent and professional communication with existing corporate clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Utilize customer relationship management software to track sales activities, client interactions, and progress on leads.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service and align solutions with client expectations.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategy adjustments.
  • Follow up on pending proposals and client requests to drive successful sales outcomes.
  • Report regularly on sales performance metrics and client engagement activities to sales leadership.
