Create proposals, build a robust pipeline for qualified leads and maintain relationships with the potential customers.
Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and RFP responses.
Ensure timely renewal and revision of contracts, SLAs, and agreements.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and regularly update systems.
Managing operational tasks including payment follow-ups, preparing presentable reports, and overseeing customer agreements to ensure smooth and timely execution of processes.
