Corporate Sales – Service Sales Executive (Dubai Office)
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Service Sales Executive to join our Dubai office. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional to be part of a growing organization that offers a comprehensive portfolio of financial and professional services.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and acquiring new corporate clients across various industries. With a strong grasp of financial services and industry regulations, you will play a key role in promoting our services, including:
- Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Audit & Assurance
- Advisory Services
- Taxation
- Compliance Services
- Visa/ License consultation
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients through networking events, referrals, cold outreach, and digital platforms.
- Develop a pipeline of qualified prospects and convert leads into long-term clients.
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Design and implement effective sales strategies tailored to client segments.
- Present solutions that align with client needs and business goals.
Relationship Management
- Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
- Act as the main point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Market Intelligence
- Stay current with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity.
- Use market insights to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams (service delivery, operations, compliance) to ensure smooth onboarding and consistent service quality.
Reporting & Analysis
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback.
Key Requirements
- Proven track record of success in B2B or corporate sales, preferably in professional or financial services.
- Strong understanding of financial services and regulatory environments in the UAE and broader GCC region.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
