Kruddson Pvt. Ltd., a leading aluminium profiles manufacturing company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Sales Associate Manager to join our Karachi team. We have two immediate openings within the Karachi division.

We are looking for a results-oriented individual with a proven track record in corporate sales, specifically within the building materials industry. The ideal candidate will have strong connections and the ability to introduce Kruddson Pvt. Ltd. to key stakeholders including:

  • Architects
  • Consultants
  • Construction Contractors
  • Builders

Your primary responsibility will be to generate and secure sales through project-based opportunities, leveraging your network to drive significant business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for aluminium profiles in the Karachi division.
  • Identify, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, construction contractors, and builders.
  • Actively pursue new project opportunities and convert them into sales.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the features and benefits of Kruddson's aluminium profiles.
  • Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, and agreements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the technical and production teams to ensure client satisfaction and project successful completion.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.

Locations:

  • 2 positions for Karachi
  • 1 position for Punjab

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive corporate sales experience, with at least 2 years in the building materials sector.
  • Demonstrable experience and strong network within the architecture, consulting, construction, and building industries in mentioned region.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
