Sales & Business Development
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for outdoor events, corporate events, school activations, community events, brand partnerships, hotels, event companies, government entities, malls, private hires, etc.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop customized event proposals, quotations, and presentations for corporate clients, agencies, and partners.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
- Maintain an updated database of leads, inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and corporate fairs to promote services
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event agencies, vendors, and community organizations.
- Conduct meetings, site visits, and presentations for potential clients.
- Follow up on leads until final confirmation and handover to operations team.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout pre-event, event, and post-event phases.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in outdoor events, corporate bookings, activations, or venue/event management preferred.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Client-focused with strong relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Knowledge of event operations, logistics, and vendor management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and event proposal writing.
