Corporate Sales Executive

Sales & Business Development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for outdoor events, corporate events, school activations, community events, brand partnerships, hotels, event companies, government entities, malls, private hires, etc.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop customized event proposals, quotations, and presentations for corporate clients, agencies, and partners.
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain an updated database of leads, inquiries, and follow-ups.
  • Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and corporate fairs to promote services

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event agencies, vendors, and community organizations.
  • Conduct meetings, site visits, and presentations for potential clients.
  • Follow up on leads until final confirmation and handover to operations team.
  • Ensure excellent customer service throughout pre-event, event, and post-event phases.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in outdoor events, corporate bookings, activations, or venue/event management preferred.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Client-focused with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of event operations, logistics, and vendor management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and event proposal writing.

  • Monthly revenue from outdoor and corporate events
  • Lead-to-booking conversion rate
  • Client satisfaction & feedback scores
  • Number of new corporate partnerships or contracts
  • On-time event execution & coordination score
  • Repeat business and referrals
