Corporate Sales Executive

The Corporate Sales Executive is responsible for driving business growth by managing the full sales cycle, acquiring new corporate clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts. Supports the development and execution of strategic sales and marketing initiatives, identifies new business opportunities, monitors market trends and competitors, and delivers effective sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Execute complex sales processes and manage all sales activities effectively.
  • Acquire new corporate clients and business accounts.
  • Support the development and implementation of strategic and tactical sales plans to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize revenue potential.
  • Identify and approach prospective clients to expand the business.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
  • Assist in executing marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness among target audiences, supporting the overall performance of the sales and marketing team.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong background in corporate sales within reputable hotel chains, such as Marriott.
  • Proven track record of achieving corporate sales targets in the hospitality sector.
  • Solid sales experience with well-established hospitality brands.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in hotel management systems, particularly PMS Opera.
  • Mandatory Qatar market experience, with a valid Qatar driving license.
