We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive – Uniforms to drive business growth across both school uniforms and corporate uniforms segments.

The role focuses on securing contracts with schools and a wide range of corporate clients, expanding our client base, and supporting the company’s growth strategy—particularly for the 2026–2027 school season and ongoing corporate demand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with:

– Schools and educational institutions
– Hotels and hospitality groups
– Construction and industrial companies
– Corporate offices and service companies
– Retail chains and facilities management companies
– Healthcare providers and other institutional clients

  • Promote and sell company uniform solutions, including:

– School uniforms (annual contracts)
– Corporate uniforms (staff, industrial, hospitality, retail, healthcare)
– Custom design, branding, and bulk supply services

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (procurement, HR, administration)
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs
  • Negotiate and close contracts to achieve sales targets
  • Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in uniforms, textiles, or trading
  • Experience with schools or corporate/institutional clients is highly preferred
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • UAE driving license (mandatory)
