Job Description:
Al Fariq Properties LLC is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Agent specializing in off-plan properties and leasing. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell off-plan properties and leasing units to potential clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and clients
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Generate leads through networking, marketing, and referrals
• Provide expert advice on property market trends in Dubai
• Negotiate deals and close sales successfully
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Dubai real estate (off-plan and/or leasing)
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Knowledge of Dubai real estate market and regulations
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred ( Is a plus )
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional
