The Corporate Sales Executive will drive revenue across all divisions of the company, with a primary focus on EV Chargers (AC/DC), consumer electronics, gadgets, mobile accessories, and export distribution.
The role requires someone who can independently generate leads, conduct meetings, negotiate deals, and coordinate after-sales operations. You will report directly to management and help grow Select Middle East’s footprint in the UAE and wider GCC.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Market Development
- Identify B2B opportunities across developers, facility management, contracting companies, fleets, SMEs, traders, and export buyers.
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, field visits, events, and partnerships.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline across UAE & GCC.
- Research new verticals (restaurants, hotels, malls, car parks, compounds, logistics hubs).
2. EV Charger Sales (Core Focus)
- Present AC/DC charger solutions with a clear understanding of technical specs, installation basics, and pricing.
- Assist in site surveys (photos, load availability, customer requirements).
- Follow up on leads from exhibitions, referrals, and partner networks.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and secure approvals from management.
- Coordinate with technical teams on installation timelines and customer expectations.
3. Consumer Electronics, Gadgets & Mobile Accessories Sales
- Sell consumer electronics, gadgets, and electronics accessories to retailers, distributors, and traders.
- Source export buyers from Africa and Asia for bulk electronics and accessory deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with electronics shops and wholesalers across Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman.
- Follow up on bulk orders and ensure smooth delivery and payment collection.
4. Client Meetings & Relationship Management
- Conduct in-person meetings with new and existing clients.
- Present offerings professionally, adapting the message depending on the customer type.
- Build long-term relationships with consistent follow-up.
5. Negotiation & Closing
- Negotiate deals while maintaining company profit margins.
- Finalize agreements after internal alignment.
- Ensure smooth handover to operations, logistics, and finance.
6. After-Sales Coordination
- Follow up after installation or delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with technical support for warranty or service requests.
- Encourage repeat business through cross-selling and upselling across divisions.
7. Reporting & CRM Discipline
- Maintain an organized customer database.
- Submit weekly reports on leads, meetings, and pipeline progress.
- Track KPIs such as conversions, revenue, and pipeline value.

- Strong communication & negotiation skills.
Requirements
- UAE Driving License (mandatory).
- Personal car preferred (car allowance available if needed).
- 1–3 years of sales experience in EV, electronics, facilities, circuit breakers, switchgear, automotive, or related fields.
- Ability to travel across UAE for meetings.
- Task-based, target-driven work ethic.
