Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Corporate Sales Executive (Filipin0 nationality required) to join our Sales & Marketing team. This role is focused on driving corporate sales, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets — ensuring ECOS Dubai Hotel remains a top choice for corporate clients in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct regular client visits, sales presentations, and site inspections
• Support the Sales Manager with proposals, strategies, and action plans
• Coordinate with operations and reservations teams to ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and client databases
• Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and exhibitions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
• 2–4 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry (UAE experience preferred)
• Solid understanding of the Dubai corporate travel and business market
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proficient in MS Office and hotel CRM/sales systems
• Energetic, target-driven, and self-motivated team player
• Filipin0 nationality preferred (due to role-specific language and market focus)
