Job Summary:
The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans targeting corporate clients, business partnerships, and institutional accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement corporate sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify, approach, and acquire new corporate clients and business opportunities.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing corporate clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create tailored corporate solutions.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand corporate reach.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with corporate clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B or corporate sales, preferably in the furniture, interior design, or retail industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
