We are now seeking a results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to join our Islamabad team and drive our B2B sales initiatives.

Job Summary:
The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans targeting corporate clients, business partnerships, and institutional accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to build long-lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement corporate sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify, approach, and acquire new corporate clients and business opportunities.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing corporate clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create tailored corporate solutions.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand corporate reach.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with corporate clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B or corporate sales, preferably in the furniture, interior design, or retail industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
