Job Overview
Enza Home Lahore is seeking a results-driven and strategic Corporate Sales Manager to lead B2B and project-based sales. The role focuses on developing corporate accounts, managing high-value clients, and driving revenue growth through partnerships with organizations, developers, architects, and interior designers while upholding Enza Home’s premium brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement corporate and B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Identify, acquire, and manage corporate clients, developers, hospitality projects, and institutional accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and consultants
- Lead end-to-end project sales, from lead generation and proposals to order closure and delivery coordination
- Prepare and present business proposals, tenders, and customized furniture solutions
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms in line with company policies
- Collaborate with sales, design, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance reports
- Represent Enza Home at corporate meetings, exhibitions, and industry events
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Interior Design, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum 6–8 years of experience in corporate sales or B2B project sales, preferably in premium furniture, interiors, real estate, or hospitality sectors
- Proven track record of managing high-value corporate accounts and achieving sales targets
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and relationship-management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic planning abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Willingness to travel locally and occasionally nationally

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
