Job Summary
Enza Home is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to lead and expand its corporate and institutional sales business in Islamabad. The role focuses on developing long-term relationships with corporate clients, architects, developers, and hospitality partners while achieving revenue and growth targets for premium furniture and interior solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute corporate sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify, approach, and secure new corporate, institutional, and B2B clients
- Manage relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, hotels, offices, and real estate firms
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms while maintaining brand positioning
- Coordinate with design, operations, and logistics teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Track sales performance, forecasts, and pipelines; prepare regular reports for management
- Represent Enza Home at corporate meetings, exhibitions, and networking events
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven experience in corporate or B2B sales, preferably in furniture, interiors, real estate, or hospitality sectors
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu
- Ability to work independently and manage high-value accounts
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus
Experience
- Minimum 5–8 years of corporate sales experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
