Job Overview

Enza Home Islamabad is seeking an experienced and results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to lead and manage the company’s corporate sales initiatives. This role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with B2B clients, architects, interior designers, and corporate partners, while driving revenue growth and expanding the company’s market presence. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership skills, consultative sales expertise, and a deep understanding of the furniture and interior solutions industry.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify, approach, and acquire new corporate clients, interior designers, and architectural firms
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B clients
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and business pitches to corporate clients
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to maximize profitability
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Lead and mentor the corporate sales team to achieve targets
  • Collaborate with design, production, and showroom teams to ensure seamless execution of corporate projects
  • Support marketing efforts to develop campaigns targeting corporate clients

Reporting & Strategy:

  • Track corporate sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives
  • Analyze client feedback to improve services and offerings

Brand Representation:

  • Represent Enza Home professionally at corporate events, client meetings, and industry exhibitions
  • Uphold the brand’s premium image in all interactions

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 5–7+ years of experience in corporate or B2B sales, preferably in furniture, interior design, or luxury products
  • Proven ability to generate leads, close high-value deals, and manage key accounts
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership experience with ability to mentor and manage a sales team
  • Professional demeanor and strong client relationship management skills
