We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Manager – Educational Consultant to lead and grow our educational sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both sales and education. You will play a key role in developing strategies, building relationships, and closing deals within the education sector.

We are looking for individuals who can do the following:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with schools, colleges, universities, and other educational institutions.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market growth.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., school administrators, department heads, educators).
  • Consultative Selling: Understand clients' educational needs and challenges, and recommend tailored solutions that align with their goals.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Track sales performance, pipeline, and KPIs using CRM tools; provide accurate forecasts and reports to leadership.

Qualification:

1-Proven experience in Sales in between 4 to 6 years.

2- Bachelor's degree in business marketing or a related field is plus.

3- Arabic Background Preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
