Job Summary

NASA Chemicals is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Corporate Sales Manager – Lubricant Division to lead corporate sales growth across Pakistan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing B2B sales strategies, managing key accounts, expanding market share, and driving revenue growth in the lubricant segment including automotive, industrial, and specialty lubricants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve corporate sales targets for the lubricant division.
  • Identify and develop new corporate clients in industrial, automotive, fleet, construction, manufacturing, and institutional sectors.
  • Manage and grow existing key accounts while ensuring long-term business relationships.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to corporate customers.
  • Lead price negotiations, contract finalization, and commercial agreements.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and production teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and monthly performance reports.
  • Ensure achievement of volume, revenue, and profitability targets.
  • Supervise and mentor sales executives (if applicable).

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5–8 years of proven experience in lubricant sales, industrial sales, or corporate B2B sales.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive and industrial lubricant products.
  • Existing corporate network in manufacturing, transport, or industrial sectors will be preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
