Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development

Identify new B2B opportunities across sectors such as HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés), corporate offices, hospitals, and schools.

Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and customer segments.

Present company products to potential bulk and institutional clients through meetings, presentations, and product sampling.

2. Account Management

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and distributors.

Manage key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients.

3. Sales Planning & Execution

Set monthly and quarterly B2B sales targets in coordination with management.

Plan and implement promotional activities and corporate campaigns.

Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, finance) to ensure timely deliveries and efficient order processing.

4. Market Intelligence

Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends in the FMCG/hygiene industry.

Provide management with regular market insights and actionable feedback.

Identify emerging needs in institutional or bulk consumer segments.

5. Reporting & Coordination

Maintain accurate client databases and sales pipelines through CRM tools.

Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.

Collaborate with marketing for the development of B2B materials and brand visibility initiatives.
