Corporate Sales & Marketing Manager – Building Materials
- Develop and execute corporate sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Lead corporate, institutional, and large project sales, including high-value accounts, developers, contractors, architects, and consultants.
- Establish and manage key corporate accounts, ensuring long-term strategic partnerships.
- Identify and secure large-scale projects in residential, commercial, and industrial segments.
- Oversee pricing strategies, contracts, and negotiations with corporate clients in line with company policies.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to strengthen market positioning.
- Coordinate with production, planning, and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the corporate sales and marketing team to achieve revenue targets.
- Plan and manage corporate marketing initiatives, including brand positioning, product launches, exhibitions, and B2B campaigns.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.
- Ensure credit control and timely payment collection from corporate clients.
- Manage customer escalations, resolve disputes, and provide after-sales support in coordination with technical teams.
- Represent the company in corporate meetings, industry events, and trade exhibitions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual terms, and industry regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, customer experience, and market penetration.
