This role is remote in the midwest region (with frequent travel to TA Communities in the Midwest), paying $95,000 to $100,000 plus commissions.

We are hiring our next Sales Specialist to support our incredible Transforming Age affiliated communities! Tis role is responsible for providing support and assistance for a variety of senior living communities within the network, serving the Western and Midwest region of the US. Our Sales Specialist:
- Schedules, organizes and conducts tours with prospective residents of independent and assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing.
- Responds and follows-up with all walk-ins, phone inquiries and mail-ins timely and appropriately and treats each inquiry with value.
- Creates, plans and implements with Sales and Marketing Team and Program Director events to bring in prospective residents such as but not limited to: seminars, speakers, themed events, and family nights.
- Develops and maintains a good working relationship with residents, families, professional providers of care and all professional referral sources.
- Maintains a working knowledge of all sales and marketing
- Participates in Saturday/Sunday call coverage in Manager as needed.
- Is capable of taking the lead with all sales that become uncertain, and instructing the individual assisting with the lead on immediate next steps and strategies.
- Maintains confidentiality of all pertinent
- Complies with all Transforming Age Policies, cities, state, and federal regulations pertaining to Residents’ accounts as it relates to Medicare, third party billing, etc.
- Possesses strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Interacts professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization, residents, family members, etc.
- Promotes the Mission, Vision and Values of Transforming Age in all areas of responsibility, and demonstrate commitment to Culture of Excellence and strategic goals

What you need to succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience (one to two years)
- A minimum of five years of senior living sales experience.
- A solid track record of sales experience and success in the long term care industry and ability to build professional relationships.
- Exceptional verbal, written and organizational skills and computer proficiency
- Advanced experience using MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Experience using Sales CRM (E.g. Salesforce)
- Ability to travel up to 100% of time
