Corporate Senior Associate Lawyer (5–10 PQE) - Regional Law Firm – Abu Dhabi

A well-established regional law firm with a strong presence in the UAE is seeking to appoint a Corporate Senior Associate (5–10 PQE) as a key hire for its growing Abu Dhabi office. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer to join a firm with significant regional credibility and strong long-term ambitions.

The Role

The firm is looking for a Senior Associate with a broad corporate background, ideally covering:

• General corporate/commercial
• Funds work
• Distribution, JV, supply agreements
• ADGM company formation

The role is Abu Dhabi–based and requires someone who is confident with networking, client engagement and business development. This is not a back-office role, the successful candidate will play a visible part in developing client relationships and supporting the firm’s growth in the capital.

Candidate Profile

• 5–10 years’ PQE with tangible law firm experience
• Strong corporate experience in Abu Dhabi, the UAE or wider GCC
• Background with leading regional or international law firm
• In-house returners will also be considered
• Arabic is advantageous, but not required due to existing coverage within the team
