Responsibilities / What You’ll Do
- Direct the corporate budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes to guide executive strategy.
- Analyze project-based variances and profitability across a wide range of construction and real estate ventures.
- Build detailed financial models to assess the ROI of new acquisitions and land developments.
- Generate clear performance dashboards and financial reports for presentation to senior leadership.
- Partner with the accounting and operations departments to ensure all financial data is accurate and aligned.
- Support long-term strategic initiatives that determine the company's growth path.
- Update financial systems and reporting tools to improve the speed and quality of data.
Qualifications / Who are we looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (holding a CPA or MBA is highly preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance, specifically within the construction or real estate sectors.
- Elite-level Excel skills and a proven track record of building complex financial models; familiarity with enterprise-grade ERP software.
- Deep fluency in project costing, development lifecycles, and key industry performance indicators.
- A proactive communicator with a sharp analytical mind and the ability to translate numbers into compelling narratives.
