Responsibilities / What You&rsquo;ll Do
<ul><li>Direct the corporate budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes to guide executive strategy.</li>
<li>Analyze project-based variances and profitability across a wide range of construction and real estate ventures.</li>
<li>Build detailed financial models to assess the ROI of new acquisitions and land developments.</li>
<li>Generate clear performance dashboards and financial reports for presentation to senior leadership.</li>
<li>Partner with the accounting and operations departments to ensure all financial data is accurate and aligned.</li>
<li>Support long-term strategic initiatives that determine the company's growth path.</li>
<li>Update financial systems and reporting tools to improve the speed and quality of data.</li>

Qualifications / Who are we looking for
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (holding a CPA or MBA is highly preferred).</li>
<li>Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in FP&amp;A or corporate finance, specifically within the construction or real estate sectors.</li>
<li>Elite-level Excel skills and a proven track record of building complex financial models; familiarity with enterprise-grade ERP software.</li>
<li>Deep fluency in project costing, development lifecycles, and key industry performance indicators.</li>
<li>A proactive communicator with a sharp analytical mind and the ability to translate numbers into compelling narratives.</li></ul></div>

In this role, you will manage accounts receivable processes, oversee billing systems, and ensure accurate invoicing and timely collections. You&rsquo;ll play a key part in maintaining smooth financial operations, contributing to accounting and revenue management strategies. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and enjoys working with processes, systems, and accounts reconciliation to support the growth of our business.

Responsibilities/ What You&rsquo;ll Do
<ul><li>Invoice Management: Manage accounts receivable processes, including accurate invoice creation, tracking, and categorization for first-time customers, recurring services, and one-off projects.
</li><li>Automated Billing Oversight: Oversee automated billing systems, handle client billing cases, and ensure accurate payment processing and updates for cancellations, refunds, or adjustments.
</li><li>Collections &amp; Payment Tracking: Track A/R activity, manage automated follow-ups, run client payments, call clients for updated payment info, and send monthly A/R reports to professionals showing past-due accounts.
</li><li>Revenue Allocation: Ensure payments and revenue are correctly allocated to the appropriate team members and departments.
</li><li>Accounts Reconciliation &amp; Reporting: Conduct reconciliations, maintain accurate financial records, and provide reports with notes on exceptions. Contribute to Incite forecasting activities and internal metric tracking.
</li><li>Vendor &amp; Merchant Management: Assist in managing merchant services accounts, including PCI compliance and remote check deposits when applicable.
</li><li>Client Account Maintenance: Manage client account updates, cancellations, and payment adjustments promptly and accurately.
</li><li>Collaboration &amp; Special Projects: Collaborate with the Controller and support finance and accounting projects as assigned.
</li><li>Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and automation within A/R and accounting operations.

</li><li>A planner who thrives on structure, checklists, and deadlines, ensuring timely and reliable financial operations.
</li><li>Self-motivated and disciplined, able to manage workload independently while meeting multiple priorities.
</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and comfortable learning new accounting and finance tools such as Salesforce and QuickBooks Online.
</li><li>Experienced in billing systems, invoicing, payment processing, and collections, with a solid understanding of accounts receivable procedures.
</li><li>Analytical and process-driven, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose practical improvements.
</li><li>Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance operations is preferred.
